Discover The River! We offer affordable Senior Living. The HUD Section 8 rental assistance program is designed to meet the needs of people with various levels of income. Under the program, a resident will pay approximately 30% of their adjusted income as rent. Our qualified staff will provide application forms and answer any questions you may have.

Our mission is to provide housing for elderly persons that are at least 62 years old or mobility impaired individuals with incomes that meet the FY income limits of low, very low, or extremely low income.

Our 1- bedroom apartments make the ideal home. Spend quality time with friends in our community room and library. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove and microwave. Each apartment also has individually controlled heating and air conditioning. We also have:
